How to perform breast ptosis exercise?

2) Chest compression. This move works your chest as well as your shoulders and arms. Sit cross-legged on the ground, hold a ball between your hands (you can also do it with your bare hands, i.e. clench your hands and push against each other), and make sure your forearms are parallel to the ground. When squeezing the ball with both hands, feel the force in your chest, then hold for 1 to 2 seconds and slowly release. Repeat this movement 3 sets, 20 times each set.

3) Dumbbell bench press. Lie on your back on the pedal with your head, shoulders and hips on the board, and cross your legs with your knees bent in front of your chest. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward, making sure your wrists are straight and in line with your hands. Keep your elbows slightly below the pedals. Then extend the dumbbells straight up, but do not fully straighten your arms; keep a slight bend in them. At this time, the wrists, elbows and shoulders are in the same plane, and then slowly return to the starting position. Exhale as you raise the dumbbells, and inhale as you lower them. Repeat this movement 3 sets, 10 times each set.

4) Lift the chest. Lie on your back on the pedal with your head, shoulders and hips on the board, and cross your legs with your knees bent in front of your chest. Hold a dumbbell in both hands and slowly stretch it upwards, then slowly lower it backwards to the back of your head. Inhale when lowering and exhale when lifting. You have to control your speed; going too fast won’t exercise your chest muscles. Repeat this movement 3 sets, 10 times each set.
