The symptoms of male infertility are impotence and premature ejaculation. Moreover, impotence refers to male erectile dysfunction, while the normal male reproductive process includes: sexual desire-erection-sexual intercourse-orgasm-ejaculation. Any of these links can lead to male infertility. Premature ejaculation means that men can complete these processes, but in the ejaculation stage, men ejaculate before putting their penis into the female vagina; there is also the phenomenon of ejaculation as soon as it is inserted, which can cause male infertility.
