Reasons for post-pregnancy check-up

Reasons for post-pregnancy check-up

Perhaps some old people would say that people’s lives are better now and they have more things to do. They still have to go to the hospital for a check-up after pregnancy because there are too many problems. However, after you become pregnant, you must have a check-up. Not only that, but you must also have a check-up regularly, because only in this way can you give birth to a healthy baby. Otherwise, how can we vigorously promote eugenics and good parenting now? It’s because of this problem. If you don’t go for a check-up when you are pregnant, how can you know whether the baby is healthy or not?

After a woman becomes pregnant, she should go to the hospital for regular check-ups. Some people may ask, being pregnant does not mean you are sick, so why do you have to go to the hospital for a check-up?

Although being pregnant is not a disease, it is a long process of 10 months (40 weeks) from the time a woman becomes pregnant to the birth of her child. During this pregnancy process, both the pregnant woman and the fetus will undergo a series of physiological changes. If the pregnant woman encounters harmful factors from inside or outside the body, various pathological changes may occur during pregnancy, causing maternal diseases or fetal abnormalities, such as miscarriage, premature birth, intrauterine growth retardation, stillbirth and congenital malformations. In severe cases, it may cause the death of the pregnant woman or the fetus. Therefore, pregnant women should and must receive effective supervision and good health care throughout the pregnancy period. Regular prenatal check-ups are the main part of pregnancy care and monitoring.

Through prenatal examinations, diseases can be detected and treated early, allowing pregnant women to safely go through pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum period and give birth to a healthy newborn. For example, pregnancy-induced hypertension can be cured if it can be detected early and prevented in the mildest stage; otherwise, once it develops into eclampsia, it is very dangerous. For example, if there are obstetric abnormalities such as birth canal abnormalities or malposition of the fetus, some of them can be discovered early through prenatal examinations and corrected in time; if they cannot be corrected immediately, the delivery plan can be determined as early as possible and preparations can be made. In addition, through prenatal examinations, pregnant women can receive timely guidance on eugenics and self-care, eliminate incorrect views and unnecessary concerns about pregnancy and childbirth, enhance their confidence, reduce complications during pregnancy, diagnose and prevent abnormal conditions that affect delivery and fetal growth and development as early as possible, reduce the incidence of premature birth, stillbirth, deformity, and serious genetic diseases, so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of the nation.

Everyone wants a healthy baby, so it is very necessary to have a check-up after pregnancy. Not only should you get checked after you become pregnant, but you should also go to the hospital for a check-up before you plan to have a child. Nowadays, some people don't go for check-ups in order to save a few dollars, and the babies they give birth to may be disabled or sick. Some people are so cruel that they just throw away the disabled or sick babies. It is so pitiful and cruel. Therefore, in order to improve the rate of eugenics, you must go to the hospital for regular check-ups after pregnancy!
