Don't think it is a trivial matter and ignore it. Often many diseases are caused by our inattention to the details of life.

Oral ulcers are superficial ulcers on the oral mucosa. They can be the size of a grain of wheat or a soybean, and can be round or oval in shape. The ulcer surface is slightly concave like the bottom of a dish, and the surrounding area is red due to congestion. There may be spontaneous pain or pain caused by food irritation. It usually heals on its own within 7 to 10 days.

When oral ulcers first occur, the mucosa becomes congested and edematous, and ulcers of varying sizes soon appear. Ulcers often occur on the tongue, cheek mucosa, lip mucosa and palate, and sometimes spread to the corners of the mouth and throat. The edge of the ulcer is very clear, and the ulcer surface is covered with a layer of yellow pus, which is medically called a pseudomembrane. This pseudomembrane is not easy to peel off.
