4. Eat more beauty-enhancing foods. Many foods are beneficial for nourishing the skin. For example, tomatoes contain glutathione which can inhibit melanin, carrots are rich in carotene which can scavenge free radicals and resist oxidation, and vitamins C and E are all good helpers for beauty.
