What to do if you have vaginal pain

Inflammation is a common gynecological disease, which often causes abnormal vaginal discharge, genital pain, and genital odor. Vaginal stinging is a clear sign of gynecological inflammation. It not only affects the couple's nightlife, but also causes many inconveniences in solving physiological problems. So what should you do if you feel a tingling sensation in your genitals?

If you feel a stinging sensation in your vagina, you can be sure that it is a gynecological inflammation, but to find out the specific nature of it, you need to go to the hospital to have a secretion test so that a diagnosis can be made later! Most women who suffer from vaginitis find it difficult to talk about it and take medication on their own, which is very detrimental to recovery. It should be checked and treated promptly. Candidal vaginitis can be treated with fungal suppositories or tablets, such as milcodine effervescent vaginal tablets, clotrimazole suppositories, miconazole suppositories, nystatin tablets, etc., which can be placed vaginally. It can also be combined with systemic medication for 7 to 10 days.

In addition to candidal vaginitis, trichomoniasis is also an important cause of vulvar itching. The common clinical manifestations of it and candidal vaginitis are vulvar itching and increased leucorrhea, but there are also differences between the two. The leucorrhea of typical candidal vaginitis is thick and resembles tofu dregs, while the leucorrhea of Trichomonas vaginitis is grayish yellow, yellow-white thin liquid or yellow-green purulent secretion and is foamy. The treatment of trichomoniasis can be oral and vaginal metronidazole, which should be used continuously for 7 days.

If you suffer from candidal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis, you must take medication under the guidance of a professional doctor and do not take medication on your own. Generally 2 to 3 courses of treatment are required. To avoid repeated infection, underwear and washing towels should be boiled for 5 to 10 minutes to kill pathogens. The doctor pointed out that vaginitis may recur after treatment, so patients need follow-up. The patient can be considered cured only after 3 tests are negative.

The vagina is a topic that is difficult for women to talk about, but compared to this, the health of the body should be placed more on our shoulders. So when you feel a tingling sensation in your vagina, you must go to the hospital for diagnosis in time. Also, you must pay attention to your personal hygiene so that you can control the condition and prevent it from worsening.
