Why can't a woman urinate completely?

Doctors remind: People who have urgent and frequent urination should not only pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, but also drink more water in normal times. Don’t think that you won’t experience symptoms of frequent urination and urgency if you don’t drink water. This idea is wrong. Even if you feel like you have difficulty urinating, you should still pay attention to replenishing water to your body in a "water-rich" state.

(1) Frequent urination: Frequent urination refers to the frequency of urination being significantly greater than normal (4-6 times a day for adult males and 0-2 times after sleeping at night). It can also be interpreted as an increase in the frequency of urination, with some people urinating 4-5 times per hour, or even more than 10 times per hour, and the amount of urine each time is more than ten milliliters or several milliliters.

(2) Urinary urgency: Urinary urgency refers to the feeling of urgency when urinating, which is difficult to control;

(3) Dysuria: refers to the discomfort in the urinary tract or urethral opening during urination, including pain, burning, soreness, etc.

(4) White urine: white urine drips out after urination. It refers to the phenomenon that after a man urinates, he will find milky white discharge from his urethra. It is often accompanied by symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating, as well as low back pain, dizziness, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, and impotence.

(5) Dysuria: Dysuria is often caused by inability to urinate or weak urination. It means that the abdominal pressure must be increased to urinate. In severe cases, there is urine in the bladder but it cannot be discharged, which is called urinary retention.

If men experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, white urine, and difficulty urinating, it often indicates that they have men's diseases such as prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, gonococcal urethritis, phimosis, and other diseases. According to the survey, in the past, the treatment of frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, white urine and dysuria was mainly based on anti-infection treatment, which was slow to take effect and had a long course of treatment. Patients usually relapsed repeatedly after being cured. To deal with male urination discomfort, the treatment must be scientific and accurate, and corresponding scientific treatment must be carried out according to different causes.

In general, the treatment for frequent urination and urgency is amoxicillin and levofloxacin capsules. But if the medicine doesn't have much effect in the early stages, then you have to go to the hospital for treatment. Don’t think this is a minor illness and it will be cured by taking medicine! If treatment is delayed, it will lead to more serious prostate disease. So please seek medical attention promptly if you are sick.
