What should girls do when they reach puberty?

Everyone will encounter puberty. Many people may have different opinions on the understanding of puberty, but we should still look at all the changes that occur during puberty with a correct perspective. Many people feel that puberty is a major change in their lives, so what problems will girls encounter during puberty?

For girls, under normal conditions, they will begin to show signs of growth after the age of ten. Between the ages of ten and eleven, their height and weight will grow rapidly. So at this time girls often outnumber boys. By this time, the breasts have already changed. The nipples will be slightly raised. The nipples will change color slightly and pubic hair will begin to grow. Of course it's still very sparse. After the age of eleven or twelve, the breasts will begin to swell. At this time, the pubic hair is already very thick, but not as long as that of adults and is not distributed over a wide area. The external genitalia will also begin to change.

Generally speaking, a girl's vulva will not have any obvious changes in appearance after entering puberty. Just like a boy's penis and a man's penis, they are just different in size, not much different. Of course, there will be some changes in the color and proportions of the vulva, but this also varies from person to person. Girls usually start menstruating when they are twelve or thirteen years old. In rural areas, it is generally later (note: many ethnic minorities develop early), around fourteen or fifteen years old. Unlike boys, girls develop early, but develop slowly and end early, while boys develop late, develop quickly and end late. So boys have much more room for development than girls. It is precisely because of this difference in boys' delayed development that many men who have never seen a girl who has just given birth will have thoughts like "it's not good for a girl to not have pubic hair at the age of sixteen." In fact, most boys have full pubic hair by the age of sixteen.

Of course, different people have different physiques, which means that the time when they enter puberty or the changes in some organs are different. In general, we should have a good understanding of the benefits that puberty brings us or some harms that we have not yet realized, which will be of great help to your future.
