How to prevent breast sagging and expansion?

Breast sagging and sagging are among the things modern women hate to see the most, because it is very likely that women are no longer young, their charm is rapidly declining, and they may even have various physical problems. So what are the reasons for sagging and expanding breasts, and how can we prevent them from sagging and expanding?

Expansion

Age of onset: Adulthood

Causes: The causes of outward expansion may be genetic, that is, congenital outward expansion (the distance between the two breasts is too far), or acquired outward expansion (the breasts are full but the nipples are tilted outward). The acquired type may be related to long-term improper wearing of underwear, such as the cup being too small, which causes the breasts to be squeezed and displaced and overflow the cup to form outward expansion. In addition, people who like to sleep on their stomachs are also prone to breast enlargement.

Prevention method: Never sleep on your stomach, as it is bad for your health and body shape. Also, wear a bra that fits your body shape and breast size.

Threat 4: Sagging

Age of occurrence: after pregnancy and breastfeeding

Cause: Generally speaking, normal breasts are located in the upper chest and are hemispherical or teardrop-shaped. However, most women's breasts sag to varying degrees after pregnancy and breastfeeding, and the shape of the breasts also changes after sagging. When one or both breasts sag more severely, it may cause discomfort in the neck and shoulders, and the breast folds may cause erosion or eczema due to friction or high temperature.

Prevention methods: Breast sagging is divided into mild sagging, moderate sagging, severe sagging and very severe sagging. If a woman's breasts are particularly enlarged during lactation, she is more likely to sag. Therefore, breast care during lactation is particularly important to prevent breast sagging. During lactation and after the child is weaned, it is important to wear a suitable bra or corrective underwear to prevent the breasts from suddenly shrinking and aggravating the sagging.

Some sagging, loosening and outward expansion of breasts are congenital and some are acquired, so they can be prevented and treated according to your own situation. In today's developed society, information is so widely circulated, there will no longer be problems that cannot be solved. As long as we actively carry out prevention and treatment, we will definitely get the best results.
