Treatment for urinary incontinence in women:

1. Conservative treatment

1. Exercise therapy:

According to statistical analysis by some scholars, about 70% of patients with stress urinary incontinence can have their symptoms alleviated or corrected by strengthening pelvic floor muscle tension exercises. The method is: perform 45 to 100 anal and vaginal contraction exercises every day, each time for 5 seconds; lie flat on the bed and do sit-ups at least 2 times a day; lie flat on the bed and perform quick and regular leg stretching exercises 3 times a day; squatting defecation is recommended, which is beneficial to maintaining or improving the tension of the pelvic floor muscles.

2. Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Therapy:

Acupuncture at the Zhongji, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and other acupoints can also increase the tension of the pelvic floor muscles, thereby improving bladder function.

2. Surgical treatment

Conservative treatment is suitable for patients with mild urinary incontinence, while surgical treatment must be adopted for patients with moderate or severe urinary incontinence. Traditional surgical methods generally involve repairing the anterior vaginal wall, which has poor long-term efficacy and is limited to patients with mild urinary incontinence.

After understanding the treatment methods for female urinary incontinence, you can choose the above treatment methods when treating such diseases. However, if you want to improve such diseases well, you should pay attention to making reasonable arrangements in your diet and daily routine during the treatment of such diseases. This will greatly help improve your physical fitness and facilitate disease treatment.
