Self-correction techniques for inverted nipples

Self-correction techniques for inverted nipples

People aged 18 and above with congenital or acquired nipple indentations. After breast development is complete, the nipple is inverted. If the nipple fails to be retracted after repeated stretching and suction, plastic surgery for inverted nipple should be performed. Because many of the patients are single beautiful girls, the problem of smooth milk ducts during future breastfeeding should also be considered before surgical treatment.

Especially for the correction of moderate to severe nipple inversion, complete surgical treatment often causes varying degrees of damage or adhesion of the milk ducts, and is likely to cause milk retention and acute mastitis during lactation. Therefore, it is recommended to be cautious in surgery, or choose surgery that causes less damage to the milk ducts. Surgery does not necessarily have a perfect effect, and the criteria are nipple prominence and the baby's ability to suck in the later stages.

Nipple Retraction Surgery

1. Mild nipple retraction: You only need to squeeze the nipple with your hands to make the nipple stand out, and the shape of the nipple can also remain normal. As long as you persist every day, it can be completely cured.

2. Mild to moderate nipple retraction: This level of nipple retraction cannot be simply squeezed out with force and can only be cured by negative pressure suction.

3. Moderate to severe nipple retraction: This level requires surgical methods to be effectively corrected, such as stretching method, biotechnology filling method, etc.

Way

1. Stretching skills: Adolescence is a critical stage for breast development and also a critical stage for correcting inverted nipples. Regularly stretching the nipples can make the breasts more prominent, increase the bearing capacity of the surrounding skin, and have a "shaping" effect. Multiple times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally protrude outwards slowly. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.

2. Suction therapy: After pregnancy, use a manual breast pump to suck the nipples several times a day, and use its air pressure to promote nipple protrusion.

3. Use nipple braces to treat flat or indented nipples.

4. Nipple flexion and extension training. First, place the thumbs of both hands parallel to the sides of the nipples, and then slowly flex and stretch from the nipples to the sides parallel to the outside, stretching the nipples and subcutaneous tissue to make the nipples protrude outward. This posture should be repeated several times. Finally, place the two thumbs on the left and right sides of the nipple, flexing and extending the nipple vertically. Do this twice a day, each time for 5 minutes.

5. Nipple stretching exercises. Use one hand to support the breast, and use the thumb, middle thumb and ring finger of the other hand to grasp the nipple and stretch it outward. Do it twice a day, about ten times each time.
