Keep your whole body straight, with only your forearms moving left and right in a straight line, and breathe in and out slowly.

Focus on chest exercises, straighten your back, and lift your head and chest. You can also hold books or other objects with both hands in front of your chest. Remember, stretching your elbows is the key. At this time, you should alternately inhale and exhale while stretching your arms forward, as if you are going to press the palms of your hands hard. Use your chest to push, and do this slowly for about 10 times. For the lifting exercise, raise your hands horizontally on both sides of your shoulders with your palms facing down; cross your arms and put your palms together in front of your chest; straighten your arms and raise them up to above your head with your arms next to your ears; then slowly lower them back to your chest. Do this slowly about 10 times.

To raise your chest, bend your elbows inward and overlap your lower arms in front of your chest to form a mouth shape; led by your upper arms, slowly raise it upward to the front of your forehead, and then lower it back to the original preparatory position. Do this back and forth 10 to 20 times.

Therefore, certain exercises are very helpful for the development of your own breasts. We should not think that some breast enhancement products can have very good results. In fact, such products are generally deceptive. We still have to look at this issue through some scientific methods and not go too far on the wrong path.
