Low immunity and gynecological inflammation

Low immunity and gynecological inflammation

In fact, gynecological diseases are not necessarily related to neglect of hygiene and sexual life. Some gynecological diseases may be caused by low immunity. Because the body's immunity and resistance are insufficient, gynecological diseases will naturally occur to the body, causing more serious problems. Let's take a look at the factors that cause recurring gynecological diseases.

No matter what kind of gynecological inflammation it is, once it occurs, it is difficult to heal completely. Sometimes eating spicy or fried food will cause the disease to recur, and it is difficult to get rid of it completely after repeated attacks.

The most basic gynecological diseases:

1. Symptoms: There are several types of gynecological diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, vaginal candidiasis, etc. The symptoms include excessive vaginal discharge, yellowish vaginal discharge, vulvar or vaginal itching, etc. In severe cases, there will be lower abdominal distension and pain, painful urination, restlessness, vaginal burning sensation, etc., which will affect work and life.

Second symptom: Some people suffer from gynecological diseases such as candidal vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, and vaginal trichomoniasis caused by infection with protozoa. These symptoms are more serious, such as: the secretion has an odor, the leucorrhea is sticky, foamy, or in a tofu-like state, and there is cervical erosion, etc.

Choice of medicine: Gynecological medicine has internal and external medicines, which are generally used together for better results, such as: Fuyanjing tablets, azithromycin dispersible tablets + metronidazole suppositories + Sophora flavescens lotion; Fuyankang tablets + levofloxacin tablets + Fuyankang suppositories + Jieryin lotion; Anti-uterine inflammation tablets + cephalexin capsules + Sophora flavescens vaginal tablets + Fuyanjie lotion, etc. There are many kinds of gynecological medicines, and you just need to use the right medicine for the disease.

Tips on using medication: Gynecological treatment should be used together with external and internal medication to get better faster and more thoroughly. You must follow a course of treatment when using medication. Don't use it for a few days and then stop using it for a few days. If the disease recurs again, it will be more serious and more difficult to cure. Generally, it should be used for at least seven days. For example, clotrimazole vaginal effervescent tablets are used once every 4 days, but they must be used continuously for three months to completely eliminate Candida albicans.

Personal hygiene is also very important: pay attention to personal hygiene and develop good habits, wash underwear and socks separately, separate adult clothes and children's clothes, wash and change them frequently, and generally change to new underwear every three months. Clean before and after intercourse. Generally, intercourse is prohibited during medication and menstruation to avoid cross infection and make the condition worse.

Clothing: Wear loose, cotton underwear, keep warm, and do not expose your navel and lower abdomen. When your vagina itches, try not to scratch it to avoid scratching the skin and mucous membranes.

Note on diet: Avoid spicy and fried foods, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, and do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol or smoke. Eat more foods containing vitamin C to improve immunity. Royal jelly has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

Physical exercise: Regularly exercise and do some aerobic exercises, such as playing badminton, skipping rope, running, climbing, dancing, etc. Do not sit still for a long time.

Others: Avoid bathing and swimming in crowded places, and have regular gynecological examinations.
