In daily life, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, don't be too nervous, eat a light diet, and eat more vegetables and fruits. Some people use GABA for treatment, three times a day, 20 mg each time, or take the Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyao Pills, which has a certain effect. For those with severe symptoms, you can take Chinese medicine to soothe the liver and relieve depression 3-5 days before menstruation. Commonly used prescriptions are "Bupleurum Shugan San" and "Xiaoyao San" with modifications: 10 grams of Bupleurum, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 15 grams of Citrus aurantium, 20 grams of Angelica sinensis, 20 grams of White Peony, 20 grams of Poria, 15 grams of Curcuma, 30 grams of Lycium barbarum, 20 grams of stir-fried Ziziphus jujuba seeds, and 10 grams of Licorice. Decoction twice, mix well, take in the morning and evening, 1 dose per day, take 4-6 doses in a row, symptoms can be relieved. GABA does have an effect, but abusing vitamins is not good; Chinese herbal medicines are effective, but it is troublesome to boil the medicine, and the medicine does not taste good; Chinese patent medicines, such as Xiaoyao Pills, are effective and convenient to take, but you still have to take them for a period of time to see the effect; you can try Chinese patent medicines.
