We all know that women's body structure is particularly complex, and there is a physiological cycle every month. If we are not careful in life, it will lead to some gynecological diseases. For example, irregular menstruation and vaginitis are relatively common gynecological diseases. If they are not treated in time, they may lead to infertility. This has a great impact on our healthy life. Let us learn about the common gynecological diseases.

What are the common gynecological diseases?

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding: Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is the name of a disease in modern medicine, which refers to uterine bleeding caused by ovarian dysfunction, referred to as "dysfunctional uterine bleeding".

Menstruation: The first menstruation usually occurs around the age of 12. In clinical practice, there is also a phenomenon of uterine bleeding without ovulation, which is called anovulatory menstruation.

Sexual apathy: Sexual apathy is also known as "sexual inhibition" and "lack of sexual desire". Many married women have varying degrees of sexual apathy.

Vaginal cancer: Vaginal cancer is a rare vaginal malignant tumor, which can be divided into two types: primary and secondary, but secondary vaginal cancer is more common.

Vulvar cancer: Vulvar cancer is a malignant tumor of the vulva. It is not uncommon and accounts for about 1% of all malignant tumors in the body and 5% of all malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract.

Ovarian cancer: Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor that develops in the ovarian tissue. Clinically, symptoms such as lower abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, menstrual disorders, and compression may occur.

Cervical cancer: Cancerous changes in the epithelial cells of the cervical vagina or endocervical canal. From the tissue point of view, it can be divided into cervical squamous cell carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma.

Uterine cancer: mostly refers to cervical cancer. There may be no typical symptoms in the early stage, but in the late stage when the disease invades the rectum, there may be symptoms such as bloody stools and rectal fistula, and the whole body may also have symptoms such as cachexia and weight loss.

Hydatidiform mole: a blister-like mass caused by abnormal proliferation of trophoblastic cells of the placenta villi after pregnancy, which turns the terminal villi into blisters. The connections between the blisters are shaped like a bunch of grapes.

Cervicitis: What is cervicitis? Cervicitis is a common disease among women of childbearing age. It can be divided into two types: acute and chronic. Chronic cervicitis is the most common type in clinical practice.

Vaginitis: Vaginitis is a common disease in gynecological clinics. Clinically, the main clinical features are changes in the nature of leucorrhea and itching and burning pain in the vulva. Dyspareunia is also common.

Urethritis: Urethritis is a common disease, more common in women. It is clinically divided into acute and chronic urethritis, nonspecific urethritis and gonococcal urethritis. Breast cancer: one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Breast cancer is a disease in which the gene mutation of breast epithelial cells caused by multiple carcinogenic factors leads to uncontrolled cell proliferation.

Mastitis: Mastitis initially causes breast swelling and pain, tenderness of the lumps, redness and swelling on the surface, and fever; if the disease continues to develop, the symptoms will worsen and the breasts will experience throbbing pain.

Pelvic inflammatory disease: When the female internal reproductive organs (such as uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, pelvic peritoneum) and the surrounding connective tissue and pelvic peritoneum become inflamed, it is called pelvic inflammatory disease.

Adnexitis: refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. However, fallopian tube and oophoritis are often accompanied by parametrial connective tissue inflammation and pelvic peritonitis, and are difficult to distinguish during diagnosis.

After understanding the common gynecological diseases, especially female friends must pay more attention to their physical health. It is said that leucorrhea is a barometer of gynecological diseases. In daily life, observe your leucorrhea more often. At the same time, pay attention to your physical hygiene, change your underwear frequently, and pay more attention to your sex life. Don't have multiple sexual partners, as this will lead to the occurrence of gynecological diseases.
