Causes of uneven endometrial echo

Causes of uneven endometrial echo

The uterus is a relatively important part for women. If there is a problem with the uterus, it will have a great impact on women. In severe cases, it may even lead to infertility. Normal women have a menstrual cycle every month, and the thickness of the endometrium will also change with the menstrual cycle. However, will uneven endometrial echo seriously affect women's health? Let us understand the causes of uneven endometrial echo.

A uniform endometrium is a healthy and normal state, but many women find it uneven during gynecological examinations. According to the doctor, generally speaking, the uneven endometrium is caused by endometrial calcification and other reasons. However, it varies from person to person. It is recommended that female friends who have this phenomenon go to a regular hospital for examination and targeted treatment.

Uneven endometrium is usually diagnosed by diagnostic curettage, in which the scraped endometrium is examined for pathological examination. Generally speaking, the pathological report of uneven endometrium may include the following situations:

1. Normal: The results show that the tissue obtained is proliferative and secretory endometrium.

2. Endometrial cancer: The endometrial glands proliferate highly and the cells mutate.

3. Hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma: The trophoblastic cells of the placental villi in the uterus grow in a tumorous manner with varying degrees of proliferation.

4. Abortion: The scrapings may contain decidual tissue and placental villi.

5. Ovulatory menstrual disorders: Depending on the cause of the menstrual disorder, the results of the pathological examination will also be different. For example, menstrual disorders caused by luteal insufficiency show insufficient secretion of endometrial glands and asynchrony between the glands and stroma; menstrual disorders caused by irregular endometrial shedding are manifested by endometrial water loss, dense stroma, glandular atrophy, and a mixture of secretory and proliferative endometrium.

6. Anovulatory menstruation: The endometrium only shows different degrees of proliferative changes, such as endometrial cystic hyperplasia, endometrial adenomatous hyperplasia, proliferative endometrium, and atrophic endometrium.

Through understanding the cause of uneven endometrial echo, we must maintain good living habits in our daily life, especially female friends, we must pay special attention to our physical health, observe our leucorrhea more often, and pay great attention to any abnormal leucorrhea.
