Medicine and food are of the same origin to combat female infertility due to kidney deficiency

Human reproductive capacity is declining

In today's society, about 10%-20% of couples of childbearing age suffer from infertility, and the proportion is still rising. At the same time, sperm counts are declining at a rate of 0.25% per year. In this context, in vitro fertilization has been widely used.

It is very important to combine medicine and food together

Most infertile women often show symptoms of "kidney deficiency" as believed by traditional Chinese medicine. Generally, on the basis of symptomatic treatment, they adopt a method of combining medicine and food to supplement the body. Traditional Chinese medicine has always paid attention to diet therapy. For infertile women who are confirmed to have kidney deficiency, they can regularly choose one or two ingredients from American ginseng, lily, and dendrobium, and boil them with lean meat, water duck, water fish, rabbit meat, etc., which can play a good warming and tonic role.
