Women around 30 years old like vaginal exercises most

Women of different levels have different reasons for exercising their vaginal muscles. A 29-year-old designer told reporters: "I was trying to please my ex-boyfriend. I tightened my genitals and he told me that if I hadn't worn a condom he would have ejaculated inside me."

Another 30-year-old food company employee said she practiced vaginal tightening because she was afraid of being abandoned by her partner: "I am in love with a man with superb sexual skills. He is very popular with girls. To be honest, I had almost no interest in sex before I met him, but for him I bought a lot of manuals on vaginal muscle training. Now, he often tells me not to contract too tightly, otherwise it will be over soon."

Frequent sexual intercourse leads to vaginal loosening

Gynecologist Ikeshita Ikuko pointed out in an interview with reporters that the medical community has noticed that more and more women are concerned about whether their vaginas are loose.

Dr. Ikeshita said that in the past, problems with vaginal relaxation were more common in women after childbirth, but in the past five years, young girls have also begun to visit hospitals for vaginal relaxation. Women worry about vaginal loosening just as men worry about impotence. The vaginas of many girls in their teens and twenties are more relaxed than they should be at their age. The main reason for this phenomenon is too frequent sexual intercourse.

Dr. Ikeshita said that restoring vaginal elasticity is not as easy as imagined, but a little exercise can greatly improve the pleasure of sexual intercourse. However, she does not advocate holding urine as a method of exercise, and only recommends doing appropriate contraction exercises after taking a shower or while riding in a car.

Restoring vaginal elasticity with the help of a device

For women who particularly want to gain the ability to contract their vagina freely, there are better methods to try, such as vaginal dumbbells, which are a good choice.

A feminine products store in Tokyo called Love and Peace Club sells vaginal dumbbells. "Many of the people who buy vaginal dumbbells are older women. I can sell 50 of these devices a month," said the shop owner, Aoi Kitahara. "The exercise method is also very simple. Just insert the dumbbells into the vagina and then continue to contract and relax the muscles. At first, the exerciser can only try to hold the dumbbells with the vagina to prevent them from slipping. As the exercise progresses, the dumbbells can be freely moved up and down in the vagina without using the hands."
