What should I do if my period hasn't come for two months?

Menstruation is a special period for women, and it is very painful. They cannot eat raw, cold, spicy or irritating foods, have sexual intercourse, and avoid strenuous exercise. So what is the reason if you haven't had your period for two months? There are many reasons. First of all, you should consider whether you are pregnant. You may also have gynecological diseases, or long-term work pressure and stress.

Please don't be too anxious if you haven't had your period for two months. If you are young, change your living environment, have a weak constitution, or catch a cold, you may suffer from endocrine disorders. Older people may have necessary menstruation or irregular menstruation.

My menstruation has been irregular in the past six months. Either it doesn't come or it's irregular, which is quite annoying. By consulting doctors and experienced people, I summarized some reasons for irregular menstruation. Now there has been obvious improvement. Today I would like to share my conditioning experience with you.

Long-term psychological depression, sulking or bad mood can also affect menstruation. Therefore, we should pay attention to relieving mental stress. We can engage in some whole-body exercises, such as swimming, running, and eat more dishes that have a stress-relieving effect, such as bananas, ham, corn, tomatoes, etc.

If women catch a cold during menstruation, it may cause too little menstrual flow or even amenorrhea. Therefore, we must pay attention to keeping away cold and moisture, avoid getting wet in the rain, and keep warm. In addition, we should eat more onions, beans, pumpkins, garlic, and ginger. These foods have a certain effect on the menstrual disorders caused by this situation.

Constipation may cause menstrual disorders in women. Drinking one or two bowls of hot vegetable soup on an empty stomach every morning has a significant effect on treating constipation. Walnuts, yogurt, and dried green plums are all good foods for moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements. Bananas can also help promote bowel movements.

If a woman has not had her period for two months, she should go to the hospital promptly for ultrasound examination, internal examination, and various gynecological examinations. You also need to consider whether you are taking birth control pills or other medications, and whether you have gynecological inflammation or other diseases.
