If the woman is in good physical condition and does not feel tired in the early pregnancy, she can appropriately increase the time she stands according to her physical condition. In the second and third trimesters, because the pregnant woman is more tired and the fetus grows rapidly, the time she stands should generally not exceed about 30 minutes to avoid swelling of the lower limbs or lower abdominal pain.
