What to eat to increase menstrual flow

For those who are menstruating, add 9 grams of Chuanxiong, 6 grams of Safflower, and 10 grams of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae. For those with hidden coldness in the lower abdomen, add 9 grams of Wenye and 9 grams of Linderae scabra.

4. 2 pounds of fresh sheep bones, 200 grams of longan rice. Wash and crush the sheep bones. Add water to boil soup, remove the residue, add longan rice and cook into porridge. Add appropriate amount of seasoning when eating. One course of treatment is 10 to 15 days.

5. Boil 30g of Trillium, 15g of Atractylodes macrocephala and 30g of red dates in ice, divide it into two days and take it twice a day, 50ml each time.

6. Cook 100 grams of brown rice, 50 grams of coix seeds and 15 red dates into porridge. You can add some brown sugar when eating.

7. Cook 15 grams of longan pulp, 3-5 red dates, and 100 grams of rice into porridge and drink it while hot.
