1. Hips and wrists

The most common areas of osteoporosis are the hips and wrists. Women must pay attention to the moderate intake of calcium-rich foods, because it can not only prevent osteoporosis, but also relieve stress.

2. Reproductive system

Approximately 250,000 women worldwide die from uterine cancer each year. Scientists have found that women who take birth control pills for more than five years have a three-fold increased risk of uterine cancer, and those who take birth control pills for more than 10 years have a four-fold increased risk.

3. Legs

Staying in a confined space for a long time with restricted movements will lead to poor blood circulation and increased blood viscosity, causing blood clots to form in the deep veins of the legs. If the blood clots flow through the blood to the lungs or brain, they will cause pulmonary embolism or cerebral stroke, and even death. It is best for women to stand up and walk around or do some leg exercises after working for a period of time.

4. Ankles and feet

Women must not wear high heels, especially stiletto heels. Women who wear high heels have twice the risk of knee arthritis as men and also increase the risk of spraining their ankles.

5. Hair

If a woman dyes her hair more than 12 times a year, her chance of developing lymphoma is 26% higher than that of a woman who never dyes her hair. Scientists have shown that women who have started dyeing their hair since 1980 have a 37% higher chance of developing lymphoma. The reason for this high risk is that the previous hair dyes contained too many carcinogens. "Dark-colored hair dyes are more likely to cause cancer in women," scientists said.

6. Eyes

As modern women frequently use computers, scientists have found that the number of women suffering from glaucoma is increasing year by year. When using a computer, people's eyes are staring at the screen for a long time, which may cause glaucoma. In addition, smoking in women can also induce glaucoma.

7. Nose

Exercising for half an hour at least three times a week is beneficial to improving the human immune system and strengthening women's respiratory tract to fight against various bacterial invasions.

8. Skin

In hot weather, women should pay special attention to protecting their skin, because long-term exposure to the sun can cause skin cancer. Women must know how to fully use sunscreen and other items to protect their skin.

9. Breasts

Having children can reduce a woman's risk of breast cancer. British cancer research experts believe that when a woman gives birth to her first child, it means that her chances of developing breast cancer are reduced by 7%. Breastfeeding not only helps babies grow healthily, but also reduces women's risk of breast cancer by 4.3%.

10. Heart

If a woman loses or gains 10 pounds in a year, her heart health will be significantly damaged, hindering blood circulation to the heart. Therefore, for the sake of heart health, women must not be too strict about losing weight.
