Best principles for women's breast care

Breasts have always been considered a symbol of female beauty, so women often pursue a pair of ideal breasts.

The ideal breast should be

1. Plump, well-proportioned, flexible and elastic.

2. The breast is located between the 2nd and 6th ribs, and the nipple is on the 4th rib.

3. The distance between the two nipples is greater than 20 cm, the diameter of the breast base is 10-20 cm, the breast axis (from the base to the nipple height) is 5-6 cm, and the left and right breasts are basically the same size.

4. The shape is upright and hemispherical.

In order to protect the normal development of breasts, we should pay attention to

1. Maintain a good posture with your chest up and abdomen in.

2. Eat more protein-rich foods.

3. Eat appropriate amounts of fat-containing foods and sugars to plump up subcutaneous fat.

4. Menstruation should remain normal.

5. Be in a good mood, be energetic, and get enough sleep.

6. Protect the breasts from damage and prevent nipple fissures, areola inflammation and breast infection.

7. Do not bind your chest or wear tight clothes, and use bras properly.

8. If the two sides are different in size, you should sleep on the smaller side. However, this should not be done for a long time, otherwise it will cause muscle tension and pain. Massage the smaller side for 5-10 minutes before going to bed.

If your breasts are too large or flat,

1. Direct breast push

Use the palm of your right hand to apply force below the clavicle on the left breast, push down evenly and gently to the base of the breast, then push back up along the original route 20-50 times, then switch to your left hand to massage the right breast.

2. Lateral breast push

Use the base and palm of your left hand to apply force to the center of the chest, and push and press the right breast horizontally to the armpit. When returning, bring the breast tissue back together with the five fingertips. After repeating 20 to 50 times, switch to the right hand to massage the left breast.

3. Pushing the breasts

Support the bottom of the right breast with your right hand, place your left hand on the upper part of the right breast opposite to your right hand, and massage the nipple with both hands 20-50 times. If your nipples are inverted, you can use your fingers to pull the nipples outward several times while massaging. (This method is suitable for those who are too large) If you persist in massaging continuously for 3 months, the effect will be more obvious.
