What should women pay attention to when they are first

First pregnancy

The first-born child is the smartest! Currently, many women who go to the hospital for abortion are young people who are pregnant for the first time. Most of them think that there is nothing wrong with abortion because they are still young and can get pregnant again in the future. Little do people know that abortion is, after all, a surgical operation and will cause certain harm to the human body.

After an abortion, a woman's physique will be weaker and her resistance will be lower. In addition, the cervix has not closed, making it easy for an ascending infection to occur, causing endometritis or salpingitis, affecting the next pregnancy and even leading to infertility.

Warm care: Women must take care of their bodies. If you don’t want children, please take birth control pills or remind your partner to use condoms.

First delivery

Most modern mothers only give birth to one child, are first-time mothers, and have no experience. When the baby is about to be born, the whole family is often panicked and at a loss as to what to do. This requires mental and material preparation in advance to avoid accidents.

Warm care: First, avoid being anxious and impatient. Some pregnant women are impatient and anxiously look forward to giving birth as soon as possible before the due date. They become even more anxious after the due date and even abuse Chinese and Western medicines to induce labor. This mood can also have an adverse effect on childbirth. Second, avoid neglecting health care during pregnancy. The delivery of the fetus mainly depends on the contraction of the uterus and abdominal pressure, which "forces" the fetus out of the uterus, which consumes a lot of energy. If you don’t eat well or sleep well before delivery, it will be very detrimental to the delivery.

First menstrual period during breastfeeding

After giving birth, the resumption of menstruation and the timing of ovulation will be affected by breastfeeding. Mothers who do not breastfeed usually welcome their "old friend" 6 to 10 weeks after giving birth. The recovery time of menstruation for breastfeeding mothers is generally delayed, and some mothers may not have menstruation at all during the breastfeeding period.

There is a phenomenon worth noting. The first menstrual-like vaginal bleeding after childbirth is regarded as menstruation by many mothers. In fact, through basal body temperature measurement, 60% of them are anovulatory. Strictly speaking, it is anovulatory menstruation, which cannot be regarded as real menstruation. The amount of bleeding and duration are much longer than normal menstruation, and the menstrual cycle is also irregular. Therefore, many mothers will have abnormal menstruation for a period of time after giving birth.
