How to check for adnexitis

Adnexitis is a common gynecological disease. It mainly affects the fallopian tubes in the female reproductive organs. The ovaries are called uterine appendages. Adnexitis is mainly inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries, but fallopian tube oophoritis is mainly accompanied by some other symptoms, which are also more critical in daily life. It is mainly acute adnexitis and chronic adnexitis. The main symptoms of acute adnexitis are lower pain and fever.

The main symptoms of chronic adnexitis are a feeling of falling and pain. In addition, prevention and treatment must be carried out in a timely manner during sexual intercourse and at home after menstruation. At the same time, in daily life, it is necessary to prevent complications caused by other types of diseases.

During examination of acute salpingo-oophoritis, purulent or homogeneous mucous leucorrhea may be found, and the adnexa are often tender and painful. Sometimes, an inflammatory mass with adhesions of the fallopian tube and ovary can be palpated, with unclear boundaries and restricted movement.

Examination of chronic salpingo-oophoritis will reveal tenderness in the lower abdomen, and pelvic examination will reveal thickening and tenderness on both sides of the uterus, and sometimes an enlarged, fixed cystic mass can be felt.

Generally speaking, there are no abnormalities found in B-ultrasound examination, unless there is hydrosalpinx or tubal ovarian cyst formation, in which case a mass may be found in ultrasound examination.

Clinical manifestations of acute salpingo-oophoritis: lower abdominal pain and fever, the degree of which varies slightly depending on the severity of inflammation. Some patients have chills before high fever. Headache and loss of appetite are common, and increased leucorrhea is caused by the discharge of salpingitis secretions through the uterine cavity. Some cases have intestinal and bladder irritation symptoms.

Clinical manifestations of chronic salpingo-oophoritis: subacute onset and temporary relief of lower abdominal pain and low fever, as well as lumbar soreness, a feeling of heaviness, and pain during sexual intercourse. The symptoms may recur and worsen after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and menstruation. Patients with a long course of illness may have neurosis, such as lack of energy, fatigue, general discomfort, insomnia, etc.

The above is how to check adnexitis. You must build confidence and keep a good mood. Its main examination methods in daily life are mainly based on some toothaches and some fixed examination methods. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of some infertility in normal life, it is necessary to treat adnexitis in time. , to prevent some complications arising from other types of diseases.
