Women's vaginal secretions can be said to be an important indicator of the health of their reproductive organs. If there is abnormal secretion, the cause should be found out, medical treatment should be sought as soon as possible, and active treatment should be initiated. Vaginal secretions generally refer to leucorrhea. If the leucorrhea is abnormal, it means that the body is unwell and it is also a manifestation of some gynecological diseases.

If there is abnormal vaginal discharge, the main reason is insufficient cleaning. If women cannot wash the vulva with clean water every day, some residue will appear, which can easily lead to vaginitis or vulvitis. Secondly, vaginal discharge caused by some gynecological diseases.

First: Abnormal cleanliness of the vagina. The so-called abnormal cleanliness means that the m~w value is abnormal. This indicates possible infectious inflammation of the vagina. In addition, this symptom may also occur after the vagina is damaged by external factors, such as miscarriage. Vaginal trauma after abortion surgery will affect vaginal cleanliness. This causes abnormal secretions.

Second: Purulent leucorrhea, which is yellow or green in color and has a foul odor, is seen in Trichomonas or purulent infection; bubbly purulent leucorrhea is more common in Trichomonas vaginitis; other purulent leucorrhea can be seen in chronic cervicitis, senile vaginitis, endometritis, uterine pyometra and infections caused by vaginal foreign bodies.

Third: Tofu-like leucorrhea, which is tofu-like or curd-like, is a characteristic of candidal vaginitis. Candidal vaginitis is common in diabetic subjects, pregnant women, people who use large amounts of antibiotics causing vaginal flora imbalance, people with weakened immune mechanisms or those using inhibitors, etc.

Fourth: If the vaginal discharge is turbid and there are other typical symptoms of vaginitis, vaginitis or cervicitis caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection should be considered. Kidney-shaped Gram-negative diplococci can be found in the vaginal discharge, and further microbial culture and identification should be performed if necessary.

No matter what kind of abnormal vaginal discharge occurs, women should actively seek treatment. In daily life, it is best to wear white underwear, change it frequently, use warm water when washing, and wash it separately from other clothes. In addition, you should try to keep the outside of the vagina clean to avoid itching.
