Symptoms after conception

Symptoms after conception

For many new mothers, there may be certain deficiencies in their knowledge of the symptoms after conception, which causes them to be unable to correctly judge whether they are pregnant in their lives. This may have a certain impact on the healthy development of the fetus in our body. So, what are the symptoms after conception? Now let us read the introduction of this article carefully to better solve the doubts in our hearts.

After conception, you may experience amenorrhea, increased body temperature, enlarged breasts and vomiting. These symptoms are what new mothers must know. In order for your baby to grow up healthily, we hope that you can read more parenting knowledge during pregnancy.

1. Menopause

Amenorrhea is the first sign of pregnancy. Women should remember their menstrual dates and mark them on a calendar.

Generally speaking, if the period has lasted for a week, you should suspect whether you are pregnant and go to the hospital for a urine HCG diagnosis to confirm whether you are pregnant. There are very few women who, even though they are pregnant, still have their period once or twice when they should. However, the amount of blood is less than usual and the dates are shorter. This is called "leaking menstruation" in traditional Chinese medicine.

2. Increased body temperature

Basal body temperature refers to the body temperature measured in a quiet state after sleeping for more than 6 hours, not moving when awake, not eating, and is also used to determine whether one is pregnant or not.

Generally, the body temperature measured immediately after waking up in the morning can be used as the basal body temperature. For women with regular menstruation, during a menstrual cycle, the basal body temperature rises by about 0.5°C after ovulation and remains there until the next menstruation, when it starts to drop. After pregnancy, due to the influence of gestational progesterone on the body temperature center, the body temperature will continue to remain at a high level instead of dropping.

It is difficult for women with irregular menstruation to determine whether they are pregnant by checking whether their period is due or using a thermometer, but they can observe or experience the following signs of pregnancy.

3. Early pregnancy reaction

Some people who are pregnant begin to experience changes in appetite shortly after their menstrual period (2 weeks on the left or right). It often occurs after getting up in the morning, with symptoms such as nausea, acid reflux, loss of appetite, and picky eating. Some people simply don't want to eat and may even feel like vomiting, while others crave something sour. These symptoms are called early pregnancy reactions and will generally disappear naturally after half a month to a month.

4. Breast changes

In early pregnancy, your breasts will increase in size and become firmer and heavier. The breasts may feel full and tingling. The small particles on the dark yellow areola around the nipple are particularly prominent. This is especially obvious in people who have just had a baby.

5. Frequent urination

In the early stages of pregnancy, many pregnant women will experience frequent urination, some as often as once an hour. This is caused by the enlarged uterus pressing on the bladder. After 3 months of pregnancy, the uterus grows and extends beyond the pelvis, and the symptoms will disappear naturally.

Staple food: steamed buns, sesame honey buns, pure lean meat dumplings. Drinks: mung bean and red date soup, purple glutinous rice porridge, wheat kernel rice, coix seed and red date soup, black soybean milk.
