Take 12 grams of Angelica sinensis, 10 grams of Red Peony Root, 15 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 grams of Zedoariae, 15 grams of Lycium bark, 12 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams of Rosa rugosa, 15 grams of Vaccaria segetalis, 9 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 15 grams of Carthamus tinctorius, 12 grams of Cnidium monnieri, and 15 grams of Epimedium. Take one dose daily for 6 consecutive days starting from the 11th day after the start of menstruation. (This recipe mainly promotes ovulation of mature follicles)

4. Xiantian Guiyi Soup

Take 36 grams of angelica, 30 grams each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix Rehmanniae, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 24 grams each of ginseng, white peony root, and Achyranthes bidentata, 21 grams each of Amomum villosum, Cyperus rotundus, Cortex Moutan, and processed Pinellia, 18 grams of dried tangerine peel, 12 grams of licorice, and 3 grams of ginger. Mix the above medicines evenly, divide into 10 doses, take 1 dose daily, decoct in water and take on an empty stomach. Take 5 doses during menstruation, and then take 5 doses after menstruation.
