The role of dopamine is extensive and far-reaching. In order to keep dopamine in a healthy balance, we can take some measures: adjust the diet structure and increase foods rich in tyrosine; ensure adequate rest and moderate exercise; maintain mental health and reduce stress in life. Of course, for people who need to rely on medication to regulate, it is also crucial to follow the doctor's advice and use the medication reasonably.
