Non-invasive cardiac examinations include electrocardiogram, dynamic electrocardiogram, dynamic blood pressure monitoring, electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test, upright tilt test, echocardiogram, coronary artery CTA, cardiac nuclear magnetic resonance, etc. The biggest advantage of these examination methods is that they are non-invasive and do not require puncture or catheter insertion, thus avoiding the pain and risk of the patient's examination. In addition, non-invasive examinations are usually easy to operate and the examination process is fast, which can quickly provide patients with a preliminary assessment of their heart health status.

Although non-invasive cardiac examinations have many advantages, traditional invasive cardiac examination methods, such as coronary angiography and invasive hemodynamic monitoring, still play an irreplaceable role in some cases. As the "gold standard" for diagnosing coronary heart disease, coronary angiography can directly observe the lesions of the coronary arteries and perform interventional treatment when necessary. For patients with severe heart symptoms who cannot be diagnosed by non-invasive examinations, coronary angiography can often provide key diagnostic information.

In addition, invasive hemodynamic monitoring can accurately reflect the patient's cardiac function and hemodynamic status in real time, which is of great significance for the treatment decision-making of patients with severe cardiovascular diseases. These traditional examination methods still have significant advantages in accuracy, directness and treatment guidance.

Non-invasive cardiac examinations and invasive examination methods are not mutually exclusive, but complementary and have their own strengths. In clinical practice, doctors will choose the appropriate examination method based on the patient's specific condition and examination needs. For most patients with cardiovascular disease, non-invasive cardiac examinations can provide preliminary and rapid diagnostic information, which helps doctors develop further diagnosis and treatment plans. However, in some complex or difficult cases, traditional invasive examination methods may still be the key to diagnosis and treatment.
