How many days of pregnancy can be detected in three days

How many days does it take to detect pregnancy? This issue is especially important for many women who have experienced various difficulties on the road to pregnancy. In short, you can test whether you are pregnant within the first week after having sex.

From a medical point of view, only when the sperm and egg cells successfully combine to form a sperm-egg combination and successfully enter the female uterine wall for embryo implantation and development can it be considered a true pregnancy. The entire pregnancy process can be roughly divided into the following steps:

1. Sperm-egg fusion, that is, the male sperm breaks through the zona pellucida of the oocyte, allowing the sex chromosomes of the sperm nucleus to fuse with the sex chromosomes of the egg nucleus. This process takes about 24 hours (1 day);

2. The cells of the combined sperm and egg undergo metabolic changes and disintegrate in the fallopian tubes. This process takes about 72 hours (3 days).

3. The fertilized cell mass enters the uterus and breaks down into 48 cells, helping the blastocyst to bury itself in the uterine wall. This process takes about 24 hours (1 day).

4. The blastocyst begins to implant and develop in the 1/3 position of the uterus. The completion of implantation means that the test tube embryo has been successfully implanted and has begun to form an embryo and secrete HCG (human gonadotropin). Only then can the pregnancy test stick be used to accurately measure the HCG content in the urine. This process takes about 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 days).

Generally speaking, it will take 6 to 7 days after the fusion of sperm and egg for the combination to enter the development stage, and only then can pregnancy be confirmed.
