Menstruation plays a big role in women's health. Menstruation is to excrete toxins from the body. However, the menstrual period has a certain duration. As women continue to age, they will experience menopause when they reach a certain age. So when do women usually stop menopause?

As women age, the functions of various organs in the body gradually decline, especially the ovaries, which decline significantly. At this time, menopause will occur. It is a normal physiological phenomenon, so don't worry. Generally, women enter menopause at a certain age, usually between 45 and 55 years old, but if they are over 40 years old, they enter the menopause area.

Menstruation can speed up women's metabolism and prevent them from suffering from many diseases.
