Wearing tight pants for a long time will not only make people feel extreme oppression, but also reduce the blood supply to the leg muscles, causing calf swelling and nerve damage. If this continues for a long time, it is easy to damage the nerves.

In winter, the skin is dry, and shark pants wrap the body tightly, so the skin cannot breathe normally. Especially after sweating, the sweat cannot evaporate in time, which can easily cause pores to be blocked, local skin may become red and swollen, causing folliculitis, and also easily lead to rough skin. In addition, wearing shark pants for a long time can easily cause follicular papules due to friction.

In addition, shark pants that are too tight will compress the lower limbs and cause blood circulation disorders. If they are not kept warm properly, they will also cause cold membrane inflammation , that is, cyanotic lumps will appear on the outside of the thighs. The lumps are hard and painful.

But in fact, in winter, the peripheral blood vessels contract and blood circulation is poor, so it is not advisable to wear tight clothes.

Wearing a turtleneck sweater or a scarf that is too tight may induce carotid sinus syndrome .

There is a bulge at the junction of the end of the common carotid artery and the beginning of the internal carotid artery, which is the carotid sinus. There are special sensory nerve endings in the carotid sinus that can clearly feel the pressure of the outside world. It is a sensitive human receptor that can regulate our blood pressure and heart rate. If the collar is too high, too tight, too hard, or the scarf, tie, etc. are too tight, it may cause "collar syndrome".

If you don't want to wear long johns in winter, wearing slimming socks instead of long johns for a long time will cause long-term compression of blood vessels in the lower limbs, decline of vascular function, and multiple peripheral vascular diseases of the lower limbs such as varicose veins, phlebitis, vasculitis, and even leg ulcers. If the trouser legs and socks are too tight, it may cause swelling, numbness, and coldness of the lower limbs, and even cause risks such as venous thrombosis.

Although fashion items are fashionable, they cannot be worn as winter warm clothing. Shark pants can be worn for a short time, but they cannot be worn for a long time, nor are they suitable for daily wear in winter. Style and temperature, let's choose temperature first!
