Today we are going to talk about that little trouble that makes people itchy and annoying - eczema. This eczema is like a naughty little devil, harassing our skin from time to time. So, where does it come from? And how to get rid of it? Don't worry, listen to me slowly. Figure 1 Copyright image, no permission to reprint 1. The cause of eczema: the "birth mystery" of the little devil 1. The troublemaker in the allergy family Sometimes eczema is a "troublemaker" sent by the allergy family. If there are people with allergies in your family, you have to be careful. You never know when eczema will find you through the "secret channel" of heredity. It's like there is an "allergy gene courier" in the family who accidentally pushes the package of eczema to you. 2. The "trap" of delicious food temptation Although delicious food is good, you should not be greedy! Some foods are like "delicious traps" that hide the little devil of eczema. For example, seafood and spicy food are so delicious when you eat them, but after eating them, eczema may come uninvited. It is like a little bad guy who is jealous of your enjoyment of delicious food and has to come to you to have a taste. 3. The “side effects” of high stress Modern life is fast-paced and stressful. This stress can also bring out eczema. When you are too busy with work and study, eczema will take the opportunity to take advantage of the gap. It is like a "little follower" of stress. As long as you are nervous, it will have the opportunity to start running wild on your skin. Figure 2 Copyright image, no permission to reprint 4. “Magic Attack” of Environmental Factors The environment, this great magician, can also cast a spell on us for eczema! Dry air can make the skin dry, just like a water-deficient desert, and eczema likes to take root and sprout in such a place. A humid environment is simply the "happy home" of eczema. In addition, pollen, dust and other little naughty things can also collude with eczema and catch you off guard. Figure 3 Copyright image, no permission to reprint 2. Treatment of eczema: The secret of “fighting rash” is revealed 1. Skin care - wear "protective clothing" To deal with eczema, we must first take good care of our skin. The skin is like a "protective suit" that we wear on our bodies, making it difficult for the little devil of eczema to attack. When taking a bath, use mild bath products and don't wash your skin too "clean", otherwise the skin will become very fragile. After taking a bath, quickly apply moisturizer to make the skin hydrated and moisturized. Also, avoid using overheated water to wash the skin, otherwise eczema will be "irritated" and become more ferocious. Figure 4 Copyright image, no permission to reprint 2. Diet adjustment - say goodbye to the "delicious trap" Since some foods are the "accomplices" of eczema, we have to say goodbye to them! Eat less seafood, spicy food, and sweets. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, which is like injecting a spring of fresh water into the body, leaving no chance for the little devil of eczema. You can also try some foods that have the effect of removing dampness, such as coix seed, red beans, etc., which may be able to "drive away" eczema! Figure 5 Copyright image, no permission to reprint 3. Mood adjustment - get rid of the stress "follower" It is not good to be overly stressed. You must learn to relax and get rid of stress. You can listen to music, do some exercise, or chat with friends. When you are in a good mood, your body's resistance will be enhanced, and eczema will not easily attack you. If you are really stressed, you can also see a psychologist and let them help you conquer stress, this "little devil". Figure 6 Copyrighted images are not authorized for reproduction 4. Drug treatment - bring out the "big killer" If eczema is really too naughty, then we have to ask for the "killer weapon" of medicine. The doctor will prescribe various ointments and lotions according to your situation. For example, topical glucocorticoid ointment, although the name sounds a bit scary, but as long as it is used correctly under the guidance of a doctor, the effect is still very good. There are also calcineurin inhibitors, which are also good for dealing with eczema. If the eczema is very serious, the doctor may also prescribe some oral anti-allergic drugs or immunosuppressants for you! Figure 7 Copyright image is not authorized for reproduction In short, although eczema is a minor problem that often troubles everyone, as long as we understand its cause and master the secrets of "fighting eczema", we will definitely be able to defeat it. Let us say goodbye to eczema and have healthy and beautiful skin! |
