The oil of the scalp is produced continuously for 24 hours. The purpose of washing hair is to remove excess oil and other dirt and keep the scalp clean. Some people may wash their hair at night due to work or activities, while others may have more time to wash their hair in the morning. The time arrangement of washing hair is not a scientific issue, nor does it involve health issues. It is entirely a personal preference.

Some people may worry that it is cold in the morning and washing their hair may cause headaches, colds or other health problems, but these concerns are mostly misunderstandings. The key lies in the care after washing your hair. As long as you pay attention to blowing and drying your hair in time after washing it, it will not have a subjective or objective negative impact on your health.

If someone does experience discomfort after washing their hair in the morning, this may be due to other factors, such as the wrong shampoo, overly hot water or even pure psychological suggestion, rather than a problem with washing the hair itself.
