When donating blood, you must first go to the registration office to register and verify your identity information. After completing the registration, you can go to the physical examination office. The staff will conduct a physical examination for you before donating blood, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, etc. You must also fill out a blood donor health consultation and examination form. We must carefully read the health consultation content on the back, compare it with our own situation, and carefully conduct a self-assessment.
