Good sleep and mental state are essential for health during pregnancy: 1. Regular work and rest; 2. Comfortable sleeping environment; 3. Stress relief techniques.

Pregnant women need to avoid exposure to some harmful substances during pregnancy, such as pesticides, heavy metals and chemicals. In addition, pregnant women should avoid exposure to substances such as tobacco and alcohol to ensure the healthy development of the fetus.

5. Regular prenatal check-ups and consultation with doctors

Prenatal checkups are very important for the health of both the mother and the fetus. Pregnant women should follow the doctor's advice for prenatal checkups and consult the doctor about their own and the fetus' health problems in a timely manner. If there is any discomfort or doubt, pregnant women should also seek medical attention in time to avoid possible health risks.

In summary, prenatal care is crucial to the health of pregnant mothers and fetuses. Pregnant women need to pay attention to a reasonable diet, balanced nutrition intake, appropriate amount of exercise, emotional stability, good sleep and mental state, avoid contact with harmful substances, and have regular prenatal checkups and consultations with doctors.
