Generally speaking, you can change from maternity leave to maternity leave after 12 weeks of pregnancy, but it is different in each region. You'd better go to a local regular hospital for consultation. When changing to maternity leave, you should bring all your previous test results and the ID cards of both husband and wife. After the change of maternity leave, it means that you need to give birth in that hospital and start regular prenatal check-ups from now on.

What should be checked during pregnancy check-up?

Pregnancy check, usually after the pregnancy is confirmed, B-ultrasound is performed 10 weeks later. Since B-ultrasound may affect the fetus, it should not be done frequently. It is best to do B-ultrasound less frequently after pregnancy. Unless necessary, B-ultrasound should not be done more than three times during pregnancy. If any abnormalities are found during pregnancy, such as suspected malformed fetus, baby is too large or too small, there is too much or too little amniotic fluid, abnormalities in the embryo, or the pregnancy is overdue, you can do a B-ultrasound. The pregnant mother's gestational age is within 12 weeks. Generally, during this time, the pregnant mother can learn the good news of her pregnancy through early pregnancy test strips and other pregnancy testing tools, so that she can go to the hospital for examination. The first comprehensive checkup for pregnant women is in the third month of pregnancy, that is, at 14 weeks.

During this prenatal checkup, the doctor will confirm that there is a fetal heartbeat and then ask the pregnant mother to do a blood test.

1. Gynecological speculum examination. Understand the condition of the vagina and cervix, eliminate abnormalities in the reproductive organs of pregnant women, and provide a safe passage for the baby to be born safely.

2. Routine examination of leucorrhea. Understand whether there are Trichomonas and fungi in the female vagina, and if necessary, conduct mycoplasma, chlamydia, and chlamydia tests.

3. Cervical smear examination. Because blood flow increases during pregnancy and blood supply is abundant, if a tumor occurs in the cervix, timely treatment can increase the survival rate.

4. Gynecological triple examination. The key is to understand whether the size of the uterus is consistent with the menstrual period and whether the test tube embryo is growing normally.

5. Color Doppler ultrasound examination. Color Doppler ultrasound examination is performed 40 days and 60 days after menstruation to understand the location of the gestational sac and the growth and development of the fetal bud.

6. Other inspections. Choose according to your own situation. If miscarriage occurs repeatedly, a comprehensive examination of both husband and wife during the early stages of pregnancy is also very necessary.
