Temperatures in many places have risen significantly

Disease control agencies suggest scientific prevention of influenza

With the arrival of spring, the temperature in many places has risen significantly, and the temperature difference between day and night is large, which is easy to cause respiratory diseases such as colds and influenza. The influenza monitoring of disease control agencies shows that the level of influenza activity has increased in many parts of my country. The China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a health reminder for influenza A on March 8, reminding people to take good personal protection, maintain environmental hygiene, strengthen health monitoring in collective units, and get the influenza vaccine as soon as possible, which is an effective measure to scientifically prevent influenza A.

Wang Guiqiang, director of the infectious disease department at Peking University First Hospital, said that spring is a season of high incidence of respiratory infectious diseases, with large temperature differences between day and night and changeable weather. Influenza A is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza A virus infection, which is highly contagious and lasts for a long time. The symptoms are more severe than the common cold, with obvious fever and systemic symptoms.

According to the health tips of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, after the onset of flu symptoms, patients are advised to rest at home, keep the room ventilated, drink plenty of water, and eat a diet that is easy to digest and nutritious. At the same time, try to reduce contact with others. If persistent high fever, accompanied by cough, difficulty breathing, changes in consciousness, severe vomiting and diarrhea, etc., seek medical attention in time.
