Picture of bulging veins on the back of a woman's hand

Modern people pursue beautiful women, long beautiful legs, and even beautiful hands. They think that the body is fleshless, and some bulging veins look neat and powerful, while those fleshy little hands will be disliked. But you know that some "bulging veins" are not because you are thin, but because you are sick. So, what is the reason for the protruding blue veins on the back of women’s hands?

First, let's look at the reason why blue veins are "bulged": "Blue veins" are veins visible under the skin of the body. They are responsible for delivering blood to the heart. Under normal circumstances, veins should not be visible.

If blood flow is blocked, pressure increases, and blood accumulates in the veins, causing veins to bulge, become crooked, and discolored.

Experts believe that no matter where in the body the blue veins bulge and find abnormalities, it is an alarm signal for the human body. It shows that the body may have food stagnation such as phlegm, dampness, stasis, and poison that cannot be discharged from the body.

1. Blue veins on the arms

(1) Blue veins on the back of the hand. The blue veins on the back of the hands indicate that there is food stagnation in the lower back, which can easily lead to lumbar muscle strain, fatigue, general back pain, and even muscle tension and hard lumps.

(2) Veins pop out on the fingers. When veins pop out on children's fingers, it indicates gastrointestinal stagnation and indigestion. When adults have bulging veins on their fingers, it not only indicates problems with the digestive tract, but also reflects microcirculation disorders in the blood vessels in the head, insufficient blood supply to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, and discomfort in the head. In severe cases, it may cause dizziness, headaches, and stroke.

(3) Blue veins on the palms. If you can see bulging blue veins all over the palm of your hand, it means that there is food stagnation in the stomach, high blood lipids, blood viscosity, high blood pressure, high acidity and alkalinity of the blood, low oxygen content, and the blood is prone to food stagnation, which can easily cause dizziness, headache, fatigue, physical weakness, etc.

In addition to the bulging blue veins on the arms, bulging blue veins may also appear in other parts of the body.

2. Blue veins on the head

If there are bulging veins on the head, it indicates long-term mental and physical exertion, anxiety, stress or too much pressure.

(1) The bulging blue veins in the center of the forehead indicate long-term fatigue, anxiety, and poor blood circulation in the head and neck.

(2) Blue veins on the temples: When the blue veins on the temples are protruding, it usually indicates dizziness and headaches; when the blue veins on the temples are protruding and twisted, it indicates cerebral arteriosclerosis; when they are purple-black, it is very easy to have a stroke.

(3) Eye bags with bulging blue veins: There is a type of eye bag caused by blood stasis, which looks like "bulging blue veins" and usually indicates gynecological diseases, irregular menstruation, and leucorrhea.

(4) Blue veins on the bridge of the nose: Blue veins on the bridge of the nose indicate gastrointestinal stagnation, which can easily lead to stomach pain, bloating, indigestion, and poor bowel movements. The condition is more serious when it is blue-purple.

(5) Blue veins on the mouth: Blue veins on the mouth and cheeks usually indicate gynecological diseases, excessive vaginal discharge, fatigue, back pain, weak legs, rheumatism in the lower limbs, etc.

(6) The blue veins at the bottom of the tongue are bulging: The blue veins at the bottom of the tongue are bulging and protruding, corresponding to the coronary arteries of the human heart, indicating the possibility of heart disease or cardiovascular and muscular strain. If the veins are bulging, crooked, and dark purple, it indicates that you have coronary heart disease.
