Tencent Financial Report: Tencent's revenue in 2023 will be 609 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%

Recently, Tencent released its fourth quarter and full year financial report for 2023 ending December 31.

The financial report shows that the fourth quarter revenue was 155.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7%. For the whole year of 2023, the revenue was 609 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%.

According to the financial report, WeChat and WeChat had 1.343 billion monthly active users, a year-on-year increase of 2%.

The veteran QQ, on the other hand, has a relatively low monthly active user base of 554 million on mobile terminals, down 3% year-on-year.

It is understood that WeChat was born in 2011. Today, WeChat has gradually developed from the original social chat software into a comprehensive app with rich features.

Official accounts, mini-programs, live broadcasts, and WeChat’s own tools, such as translation and search, provide many application scenarios. WeChat Pay is one of the indispensable payment tools in daily life.

However, many users have also complained about WeChat, for example, it easily accumulates dozens of GB of storage space, taking up a large amount of mobile phone storage.

In addition, many good features have been used in QQ for many years, but WeChat has been slow to adapt.
