What are the small particles under your eyes? Pay attention to these 4 points

Many people have small pimples under their eyes and on both sides of their noses, and they think they are acne, but they are actually milia. Most of them will disappear on their own if you change the following skin care misunderstandings.

01Excessive cleaning

Using facial cleanser every morning and night, overusing scrubs or exfoliating products, removing eye makeup too hard, and constantly rubbing the skin under the eyes will form many invisible small wounds around the eyes. When the skin heals on its own, too much keratin is distributed, forming milia. Therefore, it is recommended that you must simplify your skin care. If your skin is not particularly greasy, wash it with warm water in the morning and use amino acid cleansing at night. The whole washing time should not exceed 1 minute. It is enough to use some cleansing products only on the T zone. For example, scrubs, peel-off masks, and cleansing masks should be used less or as little as possible.

02 Skin care methods

Many girls like to massage, pat their faces, and use cotton pads to remove makeup. These habits will rub the stratum corneum, stimulate the formation of milia, and even cause redness and sensitivity. The correct way is to gently apply the cream on your face when taking care of your skin. Be gentle to your face.

03 No sun protection around eyes

Many girls don't have the awareness of eye sun protection, but you may not know that long-term sun exposure and ultraviolet irritation to the skin can also aggravate milia. It is recommended that you wear sunglasses when going out, or use some mild sunscreen around the eyes.

04Using inappropriate skin care products

I believe that many people often follow the trend when choosing skin care products, especially eye cream. If you buy the kind of eye cream that is too oily and cannot be absorbed by the body, it will cause milia to increase rapidly and clog the pores around the eyes.

Therefore, we should keep our face clean, pay attention to the skin's condition at all times, and maintain a reasonable work and rest schedule, which will be of great help in preventing milia.
