1. Lifestyle: Middle-aged men may face pressure from work and family. First, they have to work to earn money, deal with leaders and colleagues all day, and sometimes they may work more; second, they also need to share their energy to take care of their families, and they cannot push all the troubles to their partners. When the two are combined, a bad lifestyle emerges: staying up late. Staying up late for a long time may cause disorders in one's biological clock and physical condition, and increase the probability of obesity. 2. Eating habits: Male friends may be overwhelmed by the "two mountains" of work and family every day, and always want to relax themselves by having a few drinks or a barbecue. However, they do not realize that this habit of preferring high-calorie foods and eating midnight snacks may lead to overnutrition in the body and develop obesity.

3. Exercise: Middle-aged men always want to lie in bed and play with their mobile phones, or sit in their offices all day and don’t want to move. The stored fat and sugar in the body cannot be promoted through reasonable exercise to promote energy conversion, which directly leads to fat accumulation. To this end, we can only actively exercise and promote energy conversion through physical exercise to avoid the accumulation of a large amount of fat.
