A fleshy lump on the vulva may be caused by genital warts or cysts. It cannot be ruled out that it is caused by a gynecological disease.

1. Genital warts: also known as genital warts or anal genital warts, usually occur between the ages of 18 and 50. The sites of disease are the external genitalia and perianal area. It is contagious and is mainly transmitted through sexual intercourse or direct contact, indirect contact, mother-to-child vertical transmission, etc. Most people will have lumps of flesh on the vulva and obvious growths. At the beginning, they are small light red papules, but as the disease progresses, the surface will become uneven, and cauliflower or cockscomb-shaped growths will appear.

2. Cyst: If you do not pay attention to personal genital hygiene, sexual hygiene, or hygiene during menstruation, it may cause local cysts. When there are no obvious symptoms, you can choose to observe conservative treatment. No special treatment is required, but you should choose suitable underwear and not wear it too tight.

3. Gynecological diseases: Mainly vulvitis, which is also a relatively common disease. It may exist with multiple diseases at the same time, or it may exist alone. It has a lot to do with not paying attention to the hygiene of the vulva. The main symptoms are increased secretions and local flesh lumps.
