4. Iodine test. This test is easy to operate, high-quality and inexpensive. It is one of the screening methods for cervical cancer. A 3% to 5% acetic acid solution is rubbed on the cervix and the color reaction is observed. If the pregnancy reaction shows the possibility of cervical cancer, further cervical biopsy can be obtained for pathophysiological examination.
