What is a low-carb diet

A low-carb diet means strictly limiting the consumption of carbohydrates and increasing the intake of protein and fat.

After reducing the intake of low carbohydrates, the human body switches from utilizing carbohydrates to using fat as the main energy source, which can achieve a weight loss effect.

How to eat a low-carb diet

1. Eat more vegetarian food and less meat.

2. Try to eat less high-carbohydrate foods such as rice and bread.

3. Eat protein-rich foods and vegetables for lunch and dinner.

4. Finish dinner before 9 o'clock and do not eat anything except water after dinner.

5. Try to drink more light soup and less thick soup.

6. Avoid eating foods that are fried, deep-fried, or thickened. It is best to eat steamed or boiled foods.
