3. Breast cancer: 48% of breast cancer patients experience varying degrees of nipple itching and tingling, which gradually worsens and involves the shoulders and back. About 13% of breast cancer patients have nipple itching as the main symptom, and in 6% of these patients, nipple itching is the only early manifestation. In the late stage of breast cancer, the nipple pain is extremely severe and unbearable.
