Does a normal birth mean that all the bones in the body are opened?

Does a normal birth mean that all the bones in the body are opened?

When a woman becomes pregnant, she needs to go to the hospital for regular prenatal check-ups. During the check-up, the doctor will identify the early stage of pregnancy based on the examination. Everyone knows that natural childbirth is the most common method of delivery, and many people have heard that pregnant women may experience bone sutures during natural childbirth. So if I choose to have a natural birth, does it mean that all the body's sutures will be opened?

Choosing natural childbirth is when pregnant women reach the delivery stage. Childbirth through natural delivery is called choosing natural childbirth. When pregnant women give birth, they will experience the cervical dilation stage, which is generally called suture opening. In fact, this situation is not a real suture opening, but the dilation of the cervical opening. Generally, the cervical mouth will be adjusted to 10 centimeters, which means that the baby will be born soon.

It is not easy for a pregnant woman's cervix to fully open during labor. Generally, with the passage of time, the movement of the fetus in the belly will cause the pregnant woman's cervix to gradually open to 10 cm. Only then will the cervix merge with the vagina and the bottom of the uterus to form a birth canal. Only in this way can the fetus be born naturally along the birth canal. It is not difficult to see that it is the cervix rather than the bone sutures that open when choosing a normal birth.

When a pregnant woman reaches her due date, and experiences lower abdominal pain, or spotting, or amniotic fluid rupture, it indicates that the baby is about to be born. In this case, the pregnant woman should be sent to the hospital immediately, and then a series of tests should be conducted to determine whether the pregnant woman should choose a natural birth or a cesarean section. If the pregnant woman can choose a natural birth, then she needs to wait for the cervix to dilate.

Will the sutures of the whole body open after a caesarean section?

Caesarean section is not likely to cause rupture of the suture (ischial tuberosity). The reason for choosing natural delivery is that during the delivery process, the baby's pelvic bone presses the ischial tuberosity, causing a temporary enlargement of the ischial tuberosity, which will then repair itself. A cesarean section is a procedure that opens the uterus and delivers the baby directly through an incision in the abdomen.

Cesarean section is not prone to bone rupture. Also, whether it is a caesarean section or a natural birth, you need to rest for a period of time, because it takes at least a month for the wound to heal before you can resume normal activities.

Caesarean section itself is not likely to cause sciatic tuberosity separation. After pregnancy, pregnant women will experience a series of body changes, including rectus abdominis separation, pubic separation, etc., especially in the second and third trimesters. The long-term pressure of the fetus may cause separation or pain of the ischial tuberosity, and the woman may even be unable to move due to pain. Postpartum recovery is poor, resulting in body shape deformation, uterine prolapse, vaginal relaxation, etc. There is currently no medical strategy for ischial tuberosity separation. In addition to symptomatic treatment, it is generally recommended to use a double-prismatic pelvic correction belt for correction after childbirth.

Whether you choose natural birth or caesarean section, you may catch a cold during the confinement period if you are not careful. It is not easy to get some relief due to caesarean section. This is related to the physiological characteristics after giving birth. During the confinement period, you should avoid eating cold food, spicy food, or irritating ingredients, touch cold water, be blown by cold wind, overuse your eyes, or sit for too long.
