Test anxiety is a very common phenomenon. If the situation is not serious, you don’t need to worry too much. In fact, moderate tension can stimulate the potential of candidates to a certain extent, which is a good thing.

If the anxiety is severe and there are strong physiological reactions, such as frequent trips to the toilet, diarrhea, palpitations, hand tremors, inability to hold a pen, etc., you need to seek medical attention promptly and let professionals intervene and treat you.

Normally, we recommend that candidates do some exercise or something that can relax their body and mind. Parents should be tolerant and understanding and create a relaxed environment for preparation.

What is the best thing to eat before an exam?

Eat foods that are easily digestible and nutritious before the exam, such as eggs, fish, beans, etc.

But don't consume too much or too much protein. Excessive protein intake can cause constipation, which will backfire.

It is recommended to eat a light diet before the exam and eat some vegetables with relatively high vitamin content, such as tomatoes, pumpkins, kiwis, apples, etc.

Please note that it is best not to drink coffee, as caffeine makes people excited and may affect the sleep quality of the candidates.

What should I do if I have diarrhea due to nervousness during the exam?

Diarrhea caused by nervousness during the exam is diarrhea caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction. Candidates can prepare probiotics for oral treatment 1-2 days before the exam, such as oral Clostridium butyricum live bacteria tablets 0.7g, 3 times a day; or Bacillus coagulans 0.7g, 3 times a day; or Bacillus subtilis (live bacteria) capsules 500mg, 3 times a day.

For candidates in serious conditions, they can also add one more probiotic treatment before the exam. If they are really too nervous, they can also temporarily take montmorillonite powder orally for diarrhea treatment.
