How to make French fries crispy

3. Wash the potato strips to remove the starch and soak them in salt water for 30 minutes to give them a basic taste;

4. After soaking the potato strips in salt water, put them in a pot of clean water and boil over high heat until the potato strips are about 70% cooked, so that they are easier to fry;

5. Take the cooked potato strips out of the boiling water and drain them. After draining them completely, put them into the freezer and freeze them into hard blocks.

6. The cooked potato strips can be directly coated with a thin layer of dry starch instead of being frozen in the refrigerator, and then fried in a pan;

7. When frying the 70% cooked potato strips, you need to heat the oil to about 60% to 70% hot. Put the potato strips in and fry until golden brown.
